Handyman Rates:

Projects not bid by the job will be billed at the following labor rates unless otherwise agreed upon:

Journeyman:

Less than one day ( < 8 hours): $79 per hour.*
Less than one week ( < 40 hours): $49 per hour.*
More than one week ( > 40 hours): $35 per hour.*

Apprentice:

Less than one day ( < 8 hours): $25 per hour, $75 minimum.*
Less than one week ( < 40 hours): $20 per hour.*
More than one week ( > 40 hours): $18 per hour.*

*does not include any additional costs that may be required for materials, equipment rental, permits, subcontractors, disposal fees or sales taxes.

**All costs subject to change and variances due to location or job extent/ complexity. Materials are not included and are extra. Installations for many items are for replacing an existing item. New Installations are subject to cost by bid/contract or hourly rate only. Add travel charge and sales tax.

Estimate vs. Bid/Contract:

Timberline provides FREE on-line / phone “estimates” (guesstimate / ballpark) responses for your use. Feel free to submit your project using the Contact / Estimate button at the top of this page. When submitting information to us, please give as much information as possible on the project you need so we can be a great resource for you. If an on-site visit is required to form a detailed cost analysis for a bid or contract, travel charges apply (see below), also depending on how large the scope of work is, our hourly fee may be charged to produce a detailed bid.  Once we are under contract, this will be deducted from the final invoice.

Location / Travel Charge:

Projects beyond a 25 mile radius of Arizona City, Arizona  may be subject to a daily travel charge on a case by case basis.

Travel charge rates, when applied, are $49.00 for Arizona City, Eloy and Casa Grande, $59.00 for Coolidge and Stanfield and  $69.00 for Florence and Maricopa.

Payment:

Full payment in the form of cash or check or credit card is due immediately upon completion of work performed, or at intervals as outlined in the contract.
